The largest online media portal in Bulgaria DIR.BG initiated an international forum dedicated to “Promoting Women’s Entrepreneurship: Key to Economic Growth and a Sustainable Future”.
The event will bring together inspiring speakers, innovators, entrepreneurs, leaders, business and public sector representatives, financial institutions, pioneers from various industries in a conversation about problems and opportunities, stereotypes and transformation. Our aim is to raise the topic of women’s entrepreneurship on the public agenda by clearly articulating the challenges and creating a platform for discussion, sharing experiences and solutions for a sustainable, fair and more competitive economy.
The subject of actively engaging the issues of women’s entrepreneurship and women in the entrepreneurial ecosystem could contribute significantly to the economic growth and building economy of the future. According to estimates by the European Institute for Gender Equality, this cohesion could lead to an increase in GDP per capita in EU economies of up to 10%. The Women Entrepreneur Forum will be the first event in a series of DIR.BG initiatives that aim to unlocking this huge untapped potential.
Partical trainings are an important component of the success of any entrepreneur or investor. Therefore, we present three important topics prepared by international mentors to help you achieve bigger success in your business.
We will pay special attention to funding opportunities, because successful projects need funds to grow. Today, we have many tools, both within the EU and through accelerators, angel investors, funds, which can give new entrepreneurs a strong start.
We will also pay attention to the psychology of the discoverers of new ideas. What stands behind their creativity? What personal qualities are necessary to achieve high results and to what extent does leadership support the implementation of good ideas?
