Zornitza Iankova is HR Director at Aurubis Bulgaria.
Zornitza has many years of experience in the field of Human Resources management in various industries and companies such as HP / HPE, Scalefocus, Aurubis, Autodesk, Melexis, OMV. In recent years she has worked primarily in the IT sector, in regional and global roles. She graduated from Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridski” with a Master’s degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology. Zornitza was certified as a Senior HR Professional in the USA in 2005, and re-certified many times since then. In the period 2019 – 2022, she was a member of Management Board of the Bulgarian Association for People Management. Her professional challenges are related to large-scale transformation projects and change management, people development, organizational design and process efficiency.
As of September 2022, she is once again part of the Aurubis Bulgaria team, where she develops policies and manages all people-related processes.
